South African men have been going crazy recently, over an advert that appeared on social media asking s’p_erm donors to visit select clinics in Pretoria, to donate sp_erm.While it is not entirely unheard of in Mznasi, the idea of a Zulu or Boer man walking to a clinic to donate s’p_erm is still discussed in hushed tones, privately.
A user who shared his experience on social media answered the question that most South African men have been asking, saying the process wasn’t that serious.
According to the social media user, your manhood will be connected to a suction pump much like the one that milks cows, when the s’p_erm has been extracted, you’ll be paid the sum of R13 000.
A sp_erm extractor who works at the clinic says business has been booming since word got out. “We first test for HIV and any other diseases. If the patient is clean, the process then starts. We have been seiing in excess of 10-15 patients per day”
Testicular sp_erm aspiration (TESA) is a procedure performed for men who are having spe_rm retrieved for in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic spe_rm injection (IVF/ICSI). It is done with local anesthesia in the operating room or office.
The official refused to reveal what they use the sp_erm for.
